Our Infrastructure
Vanita Agrochem (I) Pvt. Ltd. is located in Maharashtra State, in the village Takawade near the city of Ichalkaranji in Kolhapur District. It is 400 km south of Nhava Sheva Port, Mumbai and is well connected by road, rail & air.
Mr. Netaji Powar, MD of the Company, is a post graduate chemical engineer from UDCT (now ICT), Mumbai and has a vast industrial experience. A well groomed, technically sound and dedicated team is the backbone of any industry. The people at Vanita Agrochem (I) Pvt. Ltd. are from various streams of the industry with wide experience in their respective fields. Various departments viz. projects, production, quality assurance, quality control, research and development, marketing and finance are headed by professional chemical engineers, science graduates, post graduates and chartered accountants.
The production facility at Takawade is designed to produce approximately 100 MT/ day of fertilizers. The facility consists of SS & PP-FRP reactors, centrifuges, storage tanks, pulverizes, grinders, ribbon blenders, fluid bed dryers, spray dryer, liquid filling machines, powder packing machines etc. Their capacities and numbers are adequate to produce the required quantity.
